SUNBOW iron-based nanocrystalline alloy-SWNA is a series of metals with two-phase structure with fine crystalline grains (mean diameter 10 - 40 nm) resulting from the heat treatment is embedded in an amorphous residual phase. This structural feature is the prerequisite for achieving the highest permeability (200,000), the lowest coercivity (1.5A/m) and excellent frequency response of permeability (200KHz).
The combination of these properties together with a saturation flux density of 1.23T and excellent thermal property(curie temperature-570 degree ) make SWNA as state-of-art soft magnetic material the universal solution for EMC problems, current transformer, and power transformer, superior in many ways to conventional ferrites, permalloy, silicon steel and amorphous.
For the use of cost-effective main element(iron) and large-scale production based on rapid solidification technology, nanocrystalline cores have already became a competitive solution in various application, further with its outstanding soft magnetic properties.
